Your Satisfaction is our Mission
We want you to be happy you purchased our top quality darts products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) within a 60 day period from the receipt of your items.
Our Return Policy
Items must be returned in unused/ resalable condition, including original packaging and any mounting hardware. Returned items will be checked to verify they meet these requirements. Returns which pass this inspection will qualify for a refund. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Credit amount will include the purchase price, minus any initial shipping costs (if paid by the customer) and any return shipping costs (if paid by Dart-Stop) less a 20 to 25% (typically 20%) restocking fee. [We will do our best to minimize this by matching our actual processing costs.] The restocking fee varies depending upon the condition of return. This fee helps to offset the cost of inspection, repackaging, payment processing fees, administrative costs, free or prepaid shipping (where applicable) etc. . .
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different Dart-Stop or Dart-Center-branded item(s), the restocking fee will be waived as long as your return is received in 100% resalable/ undamaged condition. The exchange value must be similar to or greater than the purchase price to qualify for a waived restock fee. With exchanges, any product or shipping cost(s) in addition to the original purchase price must be paid at the time of the exchange.
Custom (one-of-a-kind) products are not returnable.
If you discover a product defect, we will replace your item(s) at no cost to you.
